This page describes the measures Integration X takes to protect the privacy of data about visitors to our websites, as well as data we collect for administrative purposes.
The Data Controller of the processing of the data described here is Integration X A/S, Sværtegade 3 1st floor, DK 1118 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
We use Google Analytics to track visitors to our website. Following a decision by the EU Commision and Google’s commitment to the Data Privacy Framework, we have reactivated this feature on July 28th 2023.

Our website also generate internal log files. These log files are hosted and maintained by our own systems and the log information is used to detect technical issues and track abusive or destructive behaviour. These logs are purged according to internal system maintenance procedures. Our web server is hosted at an Amazon Web Services hosting center inside the EU.
Our use of other services
Issue tracking and documentation services
We use Jira and Confluence sites from Atlassian for Issue Tracking and Documentation purposes. Our customers have restricted access to these services.

We use Zendesk to collect and maintain service requests sent to use via email.

We use Mailchimp maintain mailinglists used for sending newsletters and other messages. All emails sent via our mailing list services contain information on how to unsubscribe from the mailinglist.

Other data collection
From time to time we use Airtable to collect information, i.e. for job applications. There is a separate declaration on the pages where we use Airtable. For general information about Airtable privacy please visit https://www.airtable.com/privacy
Data we keep for administrative purposes
For administrative purposes, we keep contact information for contact persons. This information is limited to name, e-mail address (for work purposes) and phone numbers (direct or mobile). Log information may also include ip addresses.
Persons applying for a job via our application form, must give permission that their personal data is stored for recruitment purposes.
Our use of Social media
We have accounts on Facebook, Linkedin, X (aka Twitter) and Youtube which we use for general publication of news and stories related to our activities. Please refer to the privacy statements of each of these services to find out what data is collected and processed when visiting our respective accounts.
